Why did you volunteer for the Bookham Vision project?
Like many others who value the wonderful diversity of Bookham shops, I was appalled that the Lower Shott proposal might happen without genuine, widespread local debate.  I offered to help in any role that might need my experience, and was asked to be Secretary.

What skills/experience do you bring to the Bookham Vision team?
Wide commercial and administrative experience and, hopefully, uncommon sense. I served as a local authority Chief Officer running a county council’s school meals and other support services before spending time as a consultant, trainer, lecturer and public speaker
