WANTS SURVEY:  Here's a summary of the things respondents to our initial survey told us they wanted in Bookham. . . 

A lot of these relate to how to address a dislike mentioned in that list.   Clearly we'll need to get to the bottom of these, understand how feasible and achievable they are, and prioritise them.  That's what we'll be using the big Bookham-wide survey for.
